For as long as I can remember, I have enjoyed making desserts for my family and watching their eyes light up when they tasted something especially delicious that was made with love. One summer day, my little nephew asked me to take him to their neighborhood mini donut shop. He had me at 'donut' but I was intrigued at the idea of mini donuts. I felt like a kid - almost giddy, watching as the bite-size donuts made their way through the donut machine and then getting to choose my own toppings.
After my first bite I was hooked. I knew at that moment that this was something I wanted to be a part of and share with others. Wishing Well mini donut creations became a reality just a few months later. I am blessed to have my daughter Samantha beside me on this journey and my family's encouragement (particularly my wonderful husband) as we sprinkle smiles across Chicagoland.
